Skid Mounted Electric Heater based on mineral insulated heating cable is a unit with an independent functional system broken down by the overall process design. All auxiliary components and equipment surrounding this functional unit are integrated and installed on a unified bottom skid. Integral structure makes possible on convenient transportation and on-site building block type installation.
Electric heating skid is a type of equipment skid with electric heating and heat exchanger as its core function, supplemented with components and equipment needed to ensure the normal and safe operation of electric heating and heat exchanging.

Electric heating skid consists of explosion-proof electric heater, base, safety valve pipe, inlet and outlet pipe, sewage pipe, on-site explosion-proof operation column, explosion-proof junction box and indoor non-explosion-proof electric control cabinet.

The core heating element of the heater is made of a new type mineral insulated heating cable. The heating cable possesses high application temperature, high mechanical strength, long service life and so on that are incomparable with conventional heating elements (electric heating pipes).
